The National Communications Studies and Research Institute located in Bucharest, Romania, usually abbreviated to INSCC – Bucharest, is the only national R&D organization that is lawfully acknowledged by the Romanian authorities in the field of Communications.
INSCC has been collaborating extensively with universities and other academic institutions, to produce scientific projects in areas such as wireless technologies and systems, photonics, cooperative networks and e-services.With a history spanning over 60 years, INSCC has been heavily involved in researching, designing, manufacturing, testing and deploying high standard technologies, systems and network services to radio and optical communications and wireless systems and networks, in order to provide reliable infrastructure that is able to support innovative applications and complex electronic services.
Over the years the INSCC R&D family has developed deep scientific knowledge and outstanding engineering skills which is used to manage and explore the hottest topics in the Communications field of the new Digital Age.
